I specialise in corporate and commercial work largely for private companies and have done since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015.
I have experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and I advise our clients on anything from constitutional work, shareholders’ agreements, enterprise management incentive schemes and general corporate advisory work right through to strategic acquisitions and successful exits.
I also advise on a broad range of commercial matters and agreements including loan agreements, data protection, supply of good and/or services agreements, sub-contractor agreements and terms and conditions.
My aim is to provide clients with personable commercial advice without legal jargon to help them achieve their desired outcome and to develop long-lasting client relationships.
Away from the office I like to spend time with my family and friends. Travelling also plays a large part in my personal life and I am slowly working my way through a long list of bucket-list destinations.
