Partner, Agriculture - Wells
Tracy is a Partner and a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association
Having grown up on a farm in New Zealand and being a former tenant farmer in Hampshire before moving to Dorset, it made sense for me to specialise in agricultural law as I have spent my entire life living and working in the countryside.
I understand the complexity of rural life and that everyone’s needs are different. This places me in an ideal situation to work with farmers, estate owners, smallholders, charities and rural businesses in all matters agriculture, having gained a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of law and practice in the agriculture sector. This knowledge enables me to support my clients in agricultural conveyancing matters from sales and purchases, secured lending, landlord and tenant to succession planning.
When I am not working my day job, I am busy on our smallholding tending to our animals and when I can, taking my horses for a ride.
