Scarlet Clemens
Trainee Solicitor, Residential Property - Bath
I joined Mogers Drewett in July 2022 after graduating from University with a first-class honours law degree.
I am now a Trainee Solicitor on my third (and final) seat rotation, having commenced my training contract in September 2023. Accordingly, I am due to qualify as a Solicitor in March 2025.
Throughout my training contract thus far, I have had the opportunity to work within the Private Client team, encompassing a wide variety of areas including probate, administration of estates, taxation & trusts, Wills, later life support and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I have also completed a seat with the Family team, whereby I worked on a wide breadth of cases involving divorce, finances, separation, and private children matters. I am now in my final seat within the Residential Property department, focusing on all areas of residential conveyancing, to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Since joining Mogers Drewett, I have completed the Legal Practice Course with Masters (LPC LLM), achieving a grade Distinction.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the city and surrounding areas in my spare time, having grown up in Cornwall and recently making the move to Bath. You will most likely find me exploring on dog walks with my cockapoo Chilli, playing Netball or travelling.
