Justina Prosser
Chartered Legal Executive, Residential Property - Bath
I joined the Bath office residential property team of Mogers Drewett in February 2025. I had worked for a Bristol law firm for 22 years whilst I trained with CILEx to become a Chartered Legal Executive in the early 2000’s. I then studied with the University of Law in Bristol to achieve my full Practice Rights.
With many years of experience in residential conveyancing I deal with property transactions which mainly include both freehold or leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity as well as other unusual matters that may arise along the way. I could be working with a first-time buyer, an established or property savvy client or even a company and for all I offer an efficient, friendly and proactive approach and service. I pride on building a good rapport with both clients and agents as well as other associated parties to achieve a swift outcome as smoothly as possible.
Outside of work I enjoy playing golf. I am a Level 1 PGA golf coach and assist with the junior golfers at Knowle Golf Club. I also play skittles for a local team and like watching Formula One, rugby, snooker and darts as well as spending time with my family and friends. Before heading into law I was a retail manager with John Lewis and in that era studied with the Open University for a Maths degree.
