Partner and Head of Department, Disputes - Wells
I am a partner in the Disputes team having joined Mogers Drewett in April 2021 from Lysander Law where I was the Head of Civil and Commercial Litigation.
I have considerable experience in both commercial and property disputes, but also work with clients dealing with disputed wills, trusts and estates.
My clients range from private individuals to corporates and I am a firm believer in providing clear, objective advice to my clients.
I was previously an elected councillor for 24 years having served on Somerset County Council, Mendip District Council and Wells City Council and a Governor at the Royal United Hospital in Bath.
Out of work I enjoy playing football, tennis, mountain biking and going on walks with my wife Holly and 2 young children.
