Oxstalls Horse Trials 2024 – Photo Competition Rules

1. Eligibility: Open to photographers aged 12 and over.
2. Submission: Limit of one photo entry per person. Entries should be via the website  or emailed to daizee.rocker-cook@mogersdrewett.com or sent via text to 07549 332935. 
3. Photo Requirements: Each photo should capture the mane event of the Horse Trials and must be taken on-site during the event on 20th July 2024.  You should not apply any enhancement filters or use third party software to otherwise edit the final submitted photo.
4. Consent: Photographers must obtain consent from all recognisable subjects in the photo. It is the photographer’s responsibility to ensure that permissions are secured.
5. Entrants to the competition must be the photographer and or a parent/ guardian of a child who has taken the photo. By submitting the entry you are declaring you have the rights to the image and it is not the property of a third party. We’re happy to take photos from all attendees but the competition element is not open to owners, employees (or members of their immediate families) of Mogers Drewett LLP. 
6. Prohibited Content: Photos must not include unauthorised or inappropriate content. Entrants should respect privacy and adhere to the Beaufort Pony Club guidelines on photography.
7. Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, 20th August 2024.
8. Judging and Announcement of Winners: Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and how well they capture the spirit of the event. Winners will be announced by the 21st August 2024.
9. The Prize – Winner to receive a voucher worth £100 and the runner up will receive a £25 voucher
10. Use of Images: By entering, participants grant the organisers, Beaufort Pony Club, and sponsors Mogers Drewett the right to use the submitted photographs for purposes related to the Horse Trials, without any further compensation to the participants.
