Mogers Drewett LLP announced to sponsor Leadership Dialogues 2025

As part of Mogers Drewett LLP’s continued effort to engage with local business communities in Bath and beyond, we are pleased to announce that we are sponsoring Leadership Dialogues 2025, an in-person event in Bath hosted in collaboration with the School of Management, University of Bath. The partnership between the University of Bath School of Management and Mogers Drewett LLP aligns with their mission to foster more corporate collaborations.

Image (77)Leadership Dialogues is now in its second year and attracts international speakers and delegates from across the UK. Designed to build a community through forming connections between delegates and speakers, the focus is on Intentional Leadership – making a positive impact, whether for your enterprise, community, civil society or the nation. It is an opportunity to inspire and be inspired by ground-breaking leaders, from multiple different sectors who are shaping positive futures. This year’s theme is ‘Leadership as a Force for Good’ and key speakers include Dr Krish Kandiah OBE, social entrepreneur and broadcaster, Peter Jelkeby, Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA, Margaret Heffernan, author and business advisor, Ian Smith, Chairman of Surrey Hills NHS Integrated Care Trust, Atul Khosla, the founder of Leadership et` Humanite` from Chicago, and many more. The event will be opened by Wera Hobhouse, the Bath MP for the Liberal Democrats.

For the anticipated 400 delegates, the day is divided between the motivational speeches from leaders who are share their own stories and break-out sessions where delegates connect and explore how they might collaborate to achieve greater impact in their own sectors and communities. Alongside this, Mogers Drewett LLP are running a Bath Dragons competition, offered to scale-up businesses. Bath Dragons is a business support competition offering a £20K prize package, including legal, financial, tax, and promotional services. Backed by local experts, it helps growing businesses take their next step. The competition is open to registered businesses in Bath and nearby areas that have been trading for over two years with a clear growth plan. Applications close on March 31, 2025. Eight shortlisted businesses will pitch their vision on Radio Bath, with four finalists presenting to an invited audience.
