Digital Marketing Executive – Full time
Location: Any Mogers Drewett office – with travel to Bath, Wells, Sherborne and Frome
Salary: £27000- £28000

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to lead and deliver all aspects of digital marketing and communications. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong grasp of digital tools and platforms to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across our digital channels. The role will support the new marketing and business development strategy across the firm and will also support events activities in all four locations, so occasional travel is required and flexibility to work evenings and weekends by agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement the firm’s digital marketing strategy to enhance brand presence and client engagement. Write engaging content to enhance the firm’s digital strategy.
- Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
- Monitor and optimise digital marketing efforts to improve performance and ROI.
Website & SEO
- Manage and maintain the law firm’s website (WordPress or similar CMS), ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimised, and user-friendly.
- Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research, and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements, in partnership with our agency.
- Work with external web developers or agencies as needed to enhance website.
Content Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and create high-quality, legally compliant content, including blogs, articles, case studies, and newsletters.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to increase engagement and reach, using our social media planning platform.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, making data-driven improvements.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring GDPR compliance and high engagement rates. Understanding of marketing consents process and reviews process.
- Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to segment audiences and track client interactions. Develop our email and newsletter platform for regular news, sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Work with lawyers and business development teams to create client-focused email content. Maximise the sales and business development elements of campaigns.
SEO, PPC & Online Advertising
- Plan and execute paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social media campaigns, in partnership with our agency.
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and optimise campaigns for lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse key digital marketing metrics using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Risk Management, Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all digital marketing activities align with SRA regulations, GDPR, and industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and legal marketing strategies.
