Hybrid working for better work-life balance

The world has changed so much over the last few years and so have we. We recognise that to empower people to be the best at what they do we need to be open minded, flexible and innovative.

Everybody is different and so we don’t operate a one size fits all policy when it comes to where we work, instead we encourage our people to work where they need to be to provide the best experience for our clients. If that’s in the office or a combination of office and home then you will be supported.

Some of our roles do require you to be in the office every day, if your role requires you to be office based, you’ll be working in one of our high quality open plan offices in the heart of Bath, Sherborne or Wells.

We are more than just colleagues

We’re a sociable bunch and you will be invited to a range of internal events such as summer barbecues, Christmas parties and the last Thursday of every month a chance to catch up with colleagues for a drink.

We encourage our team to support local causes close to their heart by allowing them to support charities aimed at improving the lives of people in our region.
