Mogers Drewett rolls out the red carpet for film event
Mogers Drewett teamed up with fellow Bath-based chartered accountants Richardson Swift recently to host an exclusive drinks and film evening at the TIVOLI Cinema in Bath.
More than 50 guests attended the event, which included a pre-screening of Hard, Cracked the Wind – the latest short film from BAFTA-winning producers and Mogers Drewett clients, Early Day Films.
Following the private screening, Early Day Films founders Kate Byers and Linn Waite joined screenplay writer Adrian Bailey to field questions from guests about the film and filmmaking.
Established in 2009, Early Day Films were awarded a BAFTA for their short film September in the same year. Their most recent film BAIT has garnered 5* reviews from film critics, including Mark Kermode, and has screened at more than 15 global festivals and 130 cinemas nationwide, with box office sales of more than £370,000 in its opening six weeks.
