Natalie Howell
Chartered Legal Executive, Residential Property - Sherborne
I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2015 having worked in the Residential Property team since 2009.
I joined the firm as an office junior in 2007 moving very quickly into secretarial support work in various departments before embarking on my legal studies at night school.
My role within the residential property sector involves advising clients and contacts in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, equity releases, transfers of equity and new build purchases involving shared ownership and the Help to Buy Scheme.
They say moving house is one of the most stressful things that you can do in life but my aim is to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible by providing clients a clear picture of what lies ahead at the outset.
When not in the office my young sons keep me extremely busy and I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
