Mogers Drewett sponsors Champion British Breed category at Frome Fatstock Show
Mogers Drewett was delighted to sponsor a prime award at one of the events of the local agricultural calendar recently – the Frome Fatstock Show 2017.
The Show, now in its 118th year and held at the Frome Livestock Market, attracts attendees and entrants from around the local agricultural community.
Mogers Drewett’s Agriculture team sponsored the Champion British Breed category, which was won by MD & KE Lanfear with their Aberdeen Angus heifer. Solicitor Jonathan Cheal was delighted to present them with the Lionel Gillette Rose Bowl with the Presidents Tankard for retention.
Jonathan Cheal said: “At Mogers Drewett, we have deep roots in Somerset and Dorset going back many years. Agriculture is important to us as a firm and we have a team of experienced lawyers for whom the legal issues affecting the agriculture and farming sectors are at the heart of their roles. It was a great show this year at Frome and our congratulations go to the Lanfears as well as every other award winner on the day.
“It is a huge pleasure for us as a firm to continue to be associated with and to be able to support this famous old Show; long may it thrive.”
