Mogers Drewett magazine delivered on two wheels

Law firm Mogers Drewett has embraced cycling to help deliver its half-yearly magazine to elderly residents and nursing homes in Bath and Radstock in a move that will make delivery quieter, more pleasant, and more energy efficient. Riders from the Velopost service are now delivering the magazine, which is free to customers and businesses in Bath, Wells and Sherborne.

We are also very aware that many of our older customers appreciate a quiet life, and indeed, having the magazine delivered by a smiling cyclist can be seen as a return to a golden age before our roads were so busy.

We appreciate the need for businesses to do what they can to reduce their carbon footprint and ease congestion. We have been very impressed with the Velopost service, which is not only very cost effective, but also helps the environment in and around Bath.” The Velopost bicycle postal collection and delivery service operates in Bath, Bristol and Edinburgh.

“We are delighted to be delivering the Mogers Drewett magazine,” explained Jeremy Field of Velopost. “Our riders are very conscious that nursing homes for the elderly require a certain sensitivity and residents appreciate piece, quiet, and a friendly face. We look forward to delivering the next issue.”

Mogers Drewett has offices in Bath, Sherborne and Wells and a satellite office at Frome market. The company provides a full range of legal services for commercial clients and private individuals.
