Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive (NQ – 3 year PQE)
Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Flexible office location Bath/Sherborne/Wells

We have an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in Employment law to to join our team.
With a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience, you will be comfortable with the full range of the litigation/tribunal process for claimants and respondents. Case management advocacy experience would be advantage.
Our non-contentious portfolio includes advising employers on:
o Dismissal and disciplinary action arising from usual HR processes and procedures;
o Redundancies and restructuring
o Restrictive covenant enforcement
o Protected conversations and settlement agreements
o Drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements, handbooks and policies etc.
