This generation gap video looks at Gen Y also more commonly known as Millennials.

Born between 1981 to 1996 this age group spans those in their mid 20s to early 40s likely to be focused on career, relationships both professional and personal. This generation is likely to be the most adversely impacted by the cost of living crisis and thoughts of long term planning may seem far off goals.
