M&A activity in the UK remains strong in 2021
As restrictions ease it has continued to be a busy period for commercial transactions. Following a record breaking Q1, the team advised clients on over £30m of transactions during Q2 and Q3.
Transaction volumes in IT, Financial Services and Online retail sectors remained strong while manufacturing and hospitality sectors have increased in activity. The volume of deals completing certainly slowed over the summer period but the Q4 pipeline suggests that it is going to get busy over the coming months.
